New Tenant! Erik Forsberg, Restaurateur

We're pleased to announce a new tenant in the Handicraft Guild Building in downtown Minneapolis. Erik Forsberg, restaurateur and proprietor of The Ugly Mug restaurant, has signed a lease to take over the restaurant space at 89 South 10th Street.

The space is in turnkey condition, and Erik plans to just make a few modifications to it - adding a lot more craft beers on tap and flat-screen TVs in the back room. Casual, comfortable, and approachable, but with great food and drink.

We welcome Erik and his team to the building, and wish him well!
