Meet a Tenant: Engine, L3C

The ink is still drying on the lease, but our new tenant at the Handicraft Guild Building in Minneapolis, Engine for Social Innovation, L3C, is already getting some well-deserved press.

As the article describes, Jim and Jenny have a very innovative business model, and we're thrilled to be a part of their story. They will be occupying the storefront at 91 South 10th Street, which is the historic entrance to the Handicraft Guild Building. It's worth noting that the building is historic because it was one of the national centers of the Arts & Crafts Movement from 1907-1919, and it's only fitting that its new use is also innovative for its time.
