Behind the Scenes: Meet Clem, our Facility Manager

Question: What is your role at Pratt Ordway?

My title is Facility Manager. I coordinated most of the maintenance for the complexes and over see our summer crews. I am in charge of 80 security systems and do lock changes. I also help with any or all of what is needed to keep our complexes looking their best.

Question: How long have you been with Pratt Ordway?

I have been with Pratt-Ordway for 16 years. I started out doing mostly outside maintenance, as Pratt-Ordway Properties grew so did my responsibilities.

Question: What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of the job is the PR work. Getting to know the tenants is really fun.

Question: Can you tell us a bit about your family?

I have been married to Margie now for 27 years and we have three sons, Grant 22, Max 20, and Seth 14. Oh, and we have one dog: Mocha, a miniature dachshund. We all reside in Robbinsdale.
